How to Prepare Your Pallet

We accept pallets up to 120 cm wide 120 cm deep and 180 cm high. Weight must not exceed 1000 kg per pallet.
Yes you can. Our system lets you add as many pallets as you need. We offer volume discounts when you send more than five pallets.
We cover remote UK postcodes on the mainland. For islands like the Scottish Hebrides please contact us first so we can check ferry schedules and costs.
Place goods centrally on the pallet and wrap securely with shrink film. Use corner guards if items are fragile. Label each pallet with pickup and delivery addresses clearly.
We update our tracking system in real time. If a delay occurs we notify you by email or SMS. In rare cases we will offer a refund of the delivery charge for the affected pallet.
